非常舒适的巴士，座椅可倾斜，旅途顺利

Very comfortable bus with reclining seats, smooth journey

我乘坐的是从 Sa Pa 到 Cat Ba 的卧铺快车，计划用时 10 小时，这是最快捷的选择。 巴士停在车站，原定 07:30 发车，结果 08:00 才发车。电视或 USB 不能用，但空调能用。 途中停了很多站，这也许是正常的，但并不意味着旅途很快。到下龙有两次休息时间，还算可以。

Ich hatte einen Sleeper Express von Sa Pa nach Cat Ba und es sollte nach Plan 10h dauern, war die schnellste Option. Der Bus stand im Depot, Abfahrt sollte 07:30 sein, ging dann um 08:00 los. Fernsehen oder USB gingen nicht, aber die Klimaanlage. Es gab jede Menge Stopps unterwegs, ist vielleicht üblich, aber bedeutet keine schnelle Fahrt. 2 Pausen bis Ha Long, das war ok.

Sapa Dragon Express 公司非常棒。我们得到了详细的信息，在等车的时候也坐得很舒服。然而，从河内到萨帕的旅程却很糟糕！我们不得不坐在豪华大巴的后排，那里的空调不好用。另外，安全带对高个子来说也太小了。不过，我们最大的问题是司机是个疯子。司机的车速快得令人难以置信。当我们在一个非常急的（发夹弯）转弯时，他在山路上超越了许多车辆，根本看不到是否有来车。此外，他还在本应对向来车的道路上超车，好几次都差点导致正面相撞。我们就曾与一辆摩托车发生过事故。车上有几个人多次要求司机减速，并说他们更喜欢生活，没必要赶时间，但司机没有理会我们。好在我们准时到达了萨帕......但这并不值得害怕。

The company Sapa Dragon Express was great. We got detailed information and a comfortable seat while waiting for the busdriver. However, the trip from Hanoi to Sapa was awful! We had to sit in the back of the limousine bus, where the airconditioning was not working to well. Also the seatbelts were to small for tall people. Our biggest problem however was that the driver was a maniac. The driver drove incredibly fast. He overtook many vehicles in the mountain while we were in a very sharp (hairpin) turn, so with no sight if there was oncoming traffic. Also he overtook many vehicles on the road that was meant for oncoming traffic, which almost lead to frontal collisions several times. We had an actual accident with a motorbike. Several people in the bus asked the driver to slow down multiple times and said that they preferred to live and that there was no need to rush, but he ignored us. Good news was that we arrived in Sapa on time… but that was not worth the fear.

车上有点心和水，有两次休息时间，车上每个人都有一张饮料券。巴士司机将所有乘客一一送往萨帕的酒店，非常棒！

Es gab einen Snack und Wasser im Bus, es wurden zwei Pausen eingelegt und jeder im Bus erhielt einen Gutschein für ein Getränk. Der Busfahrer fuhr alle Mitfahrenden nacheinander zu ihren Hotels in Sapa, super!

司机迟到了。他不会说英语，而且还摔了4次。因为所有的停顿，我们最终延误了1.5小时。

The driver was to late. He did not speak English and he did drop 4 times. We end up with a 1.5 hour delay because all the stops.

虽然比计划多花了 2 个小时，但还算舒适惬意 空调也令人满意

我们本应在下午 2 时 36 分出发，结果 3 时就出发了。后来，公交车为了在市内接其他人，中途休息了很多次，所以推迟了到达时间。我们本可以下午 4 点在市内另一个车站乘车，而不是 2 点 36 分去旅行社。

We were supposed to leave at 2:36 pm, and we leave at 3. Then, the bus made a lot of breaks to pick up other people in the city, so it delayed the arrival. We could have taken the bus at another stop in the city, at 4 pm instead of going to the agency at 2:36.

我们的司机非常和蔼可亲（尽管他几乎不会说/听不懂英语），但旅行社的整个组织工作都很糟糕。 我们被告知会在酒店接我们，但前一天晚上他们说我们必须去一个接送点，并且至少在出发前 30 分钟到达--我们照做了，结果等了一个多小时才被接走（因为司机去其他人的酒店接他们了......）。 车上的座位在舒适度方面还有很多不足（我的座位甚至连安全带都没有）。 给 3 星只是为了不让司机得到差评（否则我会给 12Go 和组织机构打 1 星）。

Our Driver was very kind (altho hardly spoke/understood English), but the whole organization from the operator was bad. We had been told we’d be picked up at our hotel but the night before they said we had to go to a pickup point and be there at least 30 mins prior to departure - which we did and ended up waiting more than an hour to be picked up (because the driver went to everyone else’s hotels o pick them up…). The seats in the car left a lot to wish for in terms of comfort (my seat didn’t even have a functioning seat belt). Giving 3 stars only so the driver doesn’t get a bad review (otherwise I would give 1 star to 12Go and the organization).

这位司机一直在看他的手机。一会儿他开得太慢（因为他在看手机），一会儿又开得太快。然后在SAPA的山区，他在没有视野的角落里超过其他车辆。因为我们坐在司机附近的前排，所以驾驶过程非常不舒服。

The driver was constantly looking on his phone. One moment he was driving way to slow (because he was looking on his phone) and the other moment way to fast. Then in the mountains of SAPA he was passing other cars in the corners where was no view. The drive was very uncomfortable also because we where sitting in the front near the driver.

Perfect, the limousine van from HAN - SAPA Thanks to the driver M. Ninh to drive us safely. I recommend !
