The driver kept picking up random people so the front was packed and very uncomfortable from our seats. The bus is extremely noisy and it was just a poor ride overall.
Driver would not let me get on the bus that I had paid for ...telling me that I was not on the list even though I clearly was ...so I missed the bus and had to book a whole other one wich completely screwed up all my plans I had already booked .

Very bad hygiene, we were meant to sit on the back of the bus sits but somebody already took it. We choose the places available in front of our row and then we realised that on of them was puked and nobody clean it.
The bus was old. The driver drove well and safely. There was a toilet break along the way. The bus arrived almost on time, which is rare in India. I recommend this company.
Overall it was a great bus ride. We were told pick up was a certain point, and we phoned at time of pick up and they told us they’re not coming there. Had to pay for tuk tuk to another pick up point.
Left and arrived on time. Journey was fine with short stop at half way. Part of road dual carriageway otherwise single lane roads. Lots of cows and other animals
