Tom Bus was very late, should arrive at 1:15 at night, but did arrive at 2:45.
It was very hard to reach anyone by phone, and the pick-up location was not a good place to wait.
We did not get any message of the delayed verhicle, and we were just wondering if it had forgotten us.
Very stressfull in the middle of the night.
The good thing ; the bus did drop us off at the hotel, wat was very nice.

Emily only had 2 stops in the 8 hour journey. The bus driver was rude and shouted at us for using 2 blankets when they were spare… he just threw it onto the empty bed below. there is little to no communication of how long you have when the bus stopped, if you don’t make it back in time from the toilet they will just leave, no head count or anything.
