Overall great service. Bus was good, we had two breaks on the way and also picked up a few people along the road. We were provided with a little snack and water. Only downside was the fact, that we arrived nearly an hour late which wasnt a problem in our case but could be potentially anoying. But then again, most alternatives are always late as well.

Initially my bus trip was cancelled so we had to rebook. Good bus and driving but we stopped many times, seemingly in the middle of nowhere sometimes and not even to pick anyone up, and there was one time we waited 30 mins for three passengers to arrive who were late. Got snacks and a bus stop to go to the loo so other than the stops it was fine and we arrived on time.

Firstly, buying it from 12Go was 600 baht when the ticket itself said 320 baht. That markup is inexcusable. The ride itself with Wintour had uncomfortable seats, weak air and a driver that didn’t let people off the bus for an over 5h trip.

There was a mistake with the booking si we had a bit of stress because the taxi did not pick us up. However we let our hotel call and explain and they solved it quickly and a taxi arrived. Afterwards, I got a call from 12.go to appologize for tje mistake, which we appreciated. Bus is ok with airco, water and small coockie snack

i made a review yesterday of this trip by mistake. heres my review : - nam tok / sukothai by private vehicule was perfect - sukothai / chiang mai was average, pricey, tour operateur was not on time.

The driver was on time but with a different car. The seatbelt was not whole. He drove to fast, for example, he several times drove 90, where the speedlimit was 50. At a pkace where the worked on the road, he wanted to overtake. I had to shout loud" No dont do that". At the highway he overtook 6 times on the wrong side! Furthermore, he drove to fast all the time, 117 when the speedlimit was 90. He spoke no English.

Charming driver, very polite, helpful and good driving. We travelled very relaxed.
