The trip arrived around 2 hours late to Singapore despite leaving on time from Melaka. The worst part was that when going over the migration office on the Singapore side, the bus that picked us up was different than the one that was carrying us before, and the driver wasn't exactly communicative, he only said "sit down" several times and as answer to any question from us.

They left us at the Singaporian Border. So we didnt arrive in the city.
Therefore we had to buy a ticket to the city and we arrived really late and exhausted at our hotel.

It was a breeze. I will surely book this trip again.
The overall trip went okay. Was a bit disappointed that the estimated time for this trip was 4h but it actually took double amount because of the traffic at the border of Singapore. Surely this is common on Sunday evening, so why not change the estimated time closer to what it actually is. Also, the bus driver was using his phone while driving, which made him drive slower that he could have. Music in the bus was also bit too loud.

all of our buses were delayed, in the customs of malasia we had to wait for like an hour... but the bus was very confortable, last driver was kinda mean.

Fine drive took about an hour longer than expected but I think this was due to traffic and the boarder so maybe account for a bit of extra time in case there is traffic.
