My trip was cancelled without notice me, I only found out about it being cancelled at the port from a lady. Secondly, I couldn't get any proof that it was cancelled so they could refund my money, now I don't know if I'll ever see the money. It wasn't small, more like €60. Luckily the another boat that picked me up left and then I had to order an overpriced taxi to the place where they were supposed to pick me up but none of that happened. They cancelled everything without notice. And they even sent me some documents the day before that I had insurance and similar things. Do not use this company under any circumstances.
