The customer service spoke English and he was very professional. They also helped me buy a new return ticket with pick up service to the hotel and back home. Excellent service. My only complain was the driver didn't let me make an additional stop when I needed to use the bathroom but I guess they are on a tight schedule so make sure you use the bathroom since it is a long 5.5 hour trip.

No information, we didn't know where to wait until anline-up was already made and then the counter was announced. Sent us to a gate far awaye and changed it after printing it and without announcing the change.

🤩5🌟 was a little worried that the ride would be bumpy and uncomfortable but the driver was great at avoiding pot holes and getting me from point A to B in the quickest and safest way possible. Great job Mr Mun. A very humble driver and I know if he will be able to get next time I need a driver.
