Fiona OI hadn’t realised when I booked the ticket that I would be changing buses. No had I realised that I would move from a rather plush vehicle in the first leg of the journey to less plush vehicle in second leg. Next time I book an overnight bus, I will be much more discerning.
My biggest problem was the fact that the second bus I took from Hanoi to Hoan didn’t have a toilet and we only made two very quick stops between Hanoi and Hayyan which was a journey from 8 pm to 1145 am. The first stop was at a roadway service and the toilets were very unsatisfactory. The second stop was much better, but I don’t see why the bus operators could not make a plan to stop at toilets that are clean and have toilet paper
I was also a little disconcerted to note that as people left the bus the only effort made to clean the cabin that the Travelers were using and the bedding that they were using was to pick up a new rubbish and fold the blanket back up. I guess you get about you pay for.

Arvid PIn general the buses were very nice. Unfortunately the communication and information from both G8 and 12go was below expectations. First of all when I booked the trip they made it seem like it was one trip without any transfers, which was definitely not the case. We had to switch buses 4 times… and we didn’t even get any information about that whatsoever. Also what annoyed me was that we arrived around 2,5 hours late which was an unwelcomed surprise…
