The actual bus is great, the driving was good, however it was a tad late and the staff on the vehicle were very loud, speaking and the sound of yacking up a hairball is the only way to describe it. My ticket also didn't tell me which seat I was in and the 12 go app didn't show me my booking.

I’ve booked a vip cabin 2 p lower berth with AC Train was on Time, AC was noisy, train was very dirty, mattresses were hard as a wooden shelf, train speed was 60 km / hour, I was broken at arrival

Because of the lack of speed of 12Go we did not get a cabin with the 4 of us. We only had top beds in separate cars witch is not ideal with a 2 and 4 year old. What was meant to be a train ride with good fews to remember it became the worst ride of our life.

Very good, a bit too costly and the place where we stopped for food and to use a toilet was a bit disgusting (competitively to all my previous experiences in Vietnam). But the bus was super cool, interesting experience for sure..we reached before planned time!
