We had to change vehicles 4 times, no one told us anything, everyone just shouted. The van was completely full because some people had too much luggage that blocked a seat and I had to sit in the front where there was no real seat, there was no seatbelt, no head rest and my head almost hit the ceiling. The driver went way too fast and was constantly on his phone texting or watching videos. After contacting the support team they just told me they were sorry for my unpleasant experience.
Get to the boat about a hour early if you want any choice of bed!! Ferry was cramped with small thin ‘gym mat’ mattresses - probably about a metre space across per person. Also the girls next to me were top and tailing because they couldn’t find enough beds each, would have been useful to have a designated bed each because it was definitely cramped where I was. However experience was fine for what I paid and the crossing was smooth and it was an easy checkin.

We needed to pay another 600 Bath for our luggage. The ferry from Koh Phangan to the mainland was very old and the seats disgusting. The minivan was so loaded that one became really claustrophobic. The suitcases and backpacks were stuffed between the seats. At first you thought that this is only for 1 hour until we had to change and you could already endure it, then it was the same game in the next van. In addition, it was then said at the connecting bus that there was no room for our luggage, although we had even paid extra. We then had to wait 1.5 hours for the next bus. This was again completely crammed, so that one really could not move at all. 2 of us sat on emergency seats, which had squeaked the whole time and had to hold the luggage. An unreasonable demand.

Part very good, no problems, smooth ferry ride.
Then we drove to the other harbour and wanted almost an hour for the next ferry. After that the van was pretty full. 20 min ride, then we took another stop at a gas station, where you could use the toilet, eat something or buy snacks. Last stop before driving to Krabi, which was smooth again. Seats are not big, little legroom
In Krabi we were dropped off at an 12go office, checked in again (gave the name of the hotel) and waited... No information how long or where we're going next... I assumed I might take another ferry, I was wrong, but I was never told.
After I asked the guy he called the driver who was 5 min away. Still thinking he would just drop us off at the next ferry. He took us to Koh lanta. But we made 3 more stops in between, no information, nothing. The van was FULL!
The communication could be way better! So you know where you're going or how long you're waiting somewhere.
My time was good tho. Leaving from Koh phangan at 8:30, should arrive at the hotel at 6 Pm, I was there 30 min earlier. But still a very long travel day

A little hard to find the different meeting points. Driver told us he would drive us to our hotel for free but kicked us out in the middle of the road after a while (I have a broken foot)

The coach had poor suspension so every little bump was felt.
We arrived at Donsak Pier and waited for a while for our van. Needed to call for help. The van arrived and took us to the other pier and we were quickly pushed in a fully book bus. Nearly missed the connection. In Krabi we had to wait for one hour for connecting minivan to our destination.
There was no info about the the stop in Krabi neither that we would travel by bus. It ended well and we were in time! No big problems just lack of information.

Our driver was excellent! We had a private transfer because no other had booked, so we had a lot of fun with that guy!
Not the best. Lots of messing about. The bus is about 30 years old and the toilet is unusable. The mini bus driver did 3 detours which included collecting his wife and 3 children who were in the minibus too. Probably not a huge problem for people getting on in Krabi but we’d been up since 6am travelling from Koh Phangan and by 4pm, we just wanted to get off the transport and be there, not messing about with detours. We went with Lomprayah thinking it would be a better service than some of the other operators but don’t think it was worth the extra cost.
