Helena Bfirst of all, the communication was horrendous, we stopped in vientiane at about 3pm but nobody told us that this would be the last opportunity to get something to eat. the staff on the sleeper bus had their phones on full volume and flash switched on until about 11pm even though 3 different customers asked him to turn it down as it was disturbing sleep. the bus didn’t stop at all for anyone to have a break and the toilets were used by staff and customers to smoke. the bed was dirty and there was no snacks or drinks offered at any point which is crazy for a nearly 24 hour trip.
