I booked 5pm bus, but was informed that it was sold out and was offered a 6:30pm bus. The bus didn't arrive until 7:30pm even though we were repeatedly told it's coming in 5-10 mins for an hour straight.
As it turned out, all passengers on the bus booked a bus for a different time (5:30, 6:30, 7:30) from different companies and all waited until 7:30pm while being lied to that the bus is coming in 5-10 minutes.
The bus looked nothing like the picture, cramped 7 people in a van.

We bought a ticket for an 11:30 ride. The bus came and there were 2 people inside already who had been picked up at 11. We waited in the same spot for over an hour until some people who bought tickets for the 12:30 ride came and off we went. This company offers a lot of time slots but only leaves when they fill the bus, so do not trust the time it will take to arrive to destination as you may spend a looooong time waiting in the bus.
The operator doesn't have any bus or van available. He informed us at the time we supposed to go. Fortunately he found one but we had waited for 30-60 minutes.

An old car—dirty and partially broken. Furthermore, packages were being delivered on the side, which meant we had to wait. The driver even took a smoke break while doing so.

The driver didn't drop me at the assigned location. Instead, he tried to put me on a Grab Bike 6 km away with my Carry-on bad and another bag. I refused and insisted on a Grab car. The Grab dropped me 700m from the desired destination.

We were immediately contacted thru WhatsApp by by an agent of Daiichi Travel about our pickup and drop off detail. Our trip was from Halong Bay Cruise Port to Hanoi old quarter.Communication by the agent was excellent and we felt that we were in good hands. The of pick up was done right at the location and on time. Attendant was very professional the way he was communicated and was on time. The bus was very comfortable and journey was very enjoyable. We were offered water throughout the trip and at the rest stop , all were give a lanyard of drive and bus information to ensure we boarded the right bus. Very well arranged and process was well managed. Drop off was on time and we all dropped off to our individual hotels right at the door.
I forgot my backpack with passports and valuables on the overhead rack. I call the bus attendant who was communicated with me prior pick and he kindly delivered my bag to my hotel few minutes later on a motorcycle.
Both attendant and driver was friendly and kind. Highly recommend Daiichi Limo service to anybody who travels to Vietnam and thank you for your service.

Bus was on time, only problem we had was picking up two travelers, and they had food that they brought with and the odor of the food was unbearable and vehicle was stinking. The company must not allow it and 90% of us was foreign travellers
