Le chauffeur conduit avec des a-coups sans arrêt, la route est pleine de trou mais supportable, pas de coussin sur mon siège. On ne peut pas choisir sont siège avec cette compagnie, ils nous envoient un message WhatsApp pour confirmer mais ne répondent plus lorsque nous demandons quelque chose… le chauffeur nous a prit en dernier et en vitesse, a laissé nos bagages en pleins milieu de l’allée sans faire attention en le mettant (très pressé)
Pour arriver à 6h au lieu de 5h (attention hostel ou hôtel ne fait le Check in avant 14h) horaires à revoir !!!!

The bus left and arrived on time which was great but the driver was awful. Erratic driving and continuous over usage of the horn so no one could sleep.

The staff was rude, yelling (in Vietnamese) and pushing us into the bus with our backpacks. He made the other travelers laugh by saying something in Vietnamese, which was pretty uncomfortable. Since the luggage room in the bus was filled with some boxes, we had to store our big backpacks inside the bus with the narrow paths.
There was no stops on our 11 hours trip to Danang. At least we weren’t told at any point. The driver was smoking inside the bus.
At least the seats were ok comfortable and had pillows and USB ports.

Bus left on time, but the pick-up spot in Nha Trang is a petrol station with no seating and gas fumes.
The bus arrived 2.5 hours earlier than scheduled in Hoi An, at a place where we couldn’t even get a Grab that early.

Nha Trang > Hoi An Sleeper:
We were apprehensive given the reviews, but it was perfectly fine. The driver got us there on time and safely. Yes he stops for breaks, but he’s driving for 12 hours so we had no issues with that. There aren’t curtains, but again that wasn’t an issue.
The only negative was that there weren’t seatbelts, and being on the top bunks it felt more necessary.
Overall though I’d recommend, just follow the instructions after booking and you’ll be fine. Does the job on a budget price!

The bus driver stopped like every 2-3 hours for toilet but everyone at the bus was sleeping and no one wanted to go to toilet at like 3 am. It was really annoying !

Very noisy. Constant yelling talking with each other, and constantly honking at everything that appeared in the road, the sound inside sounding as if it were outside.
It was delayed half an hour. They let us know by Whatsapp, such was great. But then at the time of their arrival they were not in the pick up point. We tried to contact them, but there was no answer. They finally arrived 20 minutes later (which is not that much, but considering the heath, no place to sit down while waiting, without knowing when it was going to come is a hassel)
It was great right up until we got dropped off. A group of men were banging on the front window, looking into the bus & shouting. It was quite scary, especially as we arrived early & it was not clear that we had arrived.
Overbooked and was transferred to a lesser quality bus

There was lots of communication issues - we were messaged to get there 2 hours earlier than the initial meeting time with 30mins notice only to leave 1 hour post the initial time. The bus was clean and comfortable, water provided + toilet on board. Don’t believe we had any stops but I was asleep for most of the ride. Unfortunately we got dropped off in a random location on the side of the road) 30 minutes out of Hoi An) and got told a shuttle bus would be coming to get us. 1 hour later it still had not arrived so they provided private transport to take us straight to our accommodation.
