Anonymous Cheap(ish) way to travel but will always be late! I liked that the their was customer service at hand to help when the bus was extremely late. When the bus did arrive 3 hours later than scheduled, we luckily managed to spot the logo and run up to it. The bus driver stopped for 2 minutes so it did not allow us much time to think and even double check that we were on the right bus! The driver shouted at us (like we hadn't be waiting for him for 3 hours!) He also did not explain that there was storage on the bus, above the seats so he happily accepted our money to pay 2 euros per bag when it wasn't needed as some of them were small. When the bus left, it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning and the bus only stopped once at a rest stop.
