Le voyage s’est bien passé, tout est bien organisé, on est arrivé 1h plus tôt.
Pour la partie bus de nuit, c’était top! On a prit l’option VIP-First class, on a eu une bouteille d’eau offerte, un jus, un paquet de gâteaux, une couverture, un coussin, beaucoup d’espace dans le bus, toilettes dans le bus, siège qui s’incline, petit repose pieds, climatisation, prise USB/tipsé…
Vraiment top! On est parti à 19h avec le bus de nuit, pause à minuit pour manger, gardez votre ticket de bus car vous pourrez vous le faire echanger contre un bon pour un repas gratuit.
Seul petit reproche, on ne nous dit rien, on a prit 1 bateau, puis une sorte de bus, puis un mini van, puis un autre mini van, puis le gros bus de nuit. On ne nous indique pas bien toutes les étapes du trajet, les temps de pause, les destinations, les changements de vehicules, les temps de trajets etc. Mais sinon c’était vraiment bien!

Bus arrived 1 hour late, we made a stop at a disgusting Restaurant and the toilet was just not usable. The AC dropped water on us. We had way better bus rides in Thailand.
Uncomfortable bus, the seats were not fixed properly. The staff that should have helped people to reach the seat was unfriendly and rude. Despite this, the bus arrived pretty much on time. We did just one stop in a place that was not very well equipped (I experienced also the way back from Bangkok to Koh Phangan and we stopped in a very well equipped area, with many food alternatives that was very close to the place in which this bus stopped).
It was a bit confusing at the beginning because there was a little information about the ride and how we will proceed after the ferry from koh phangan. But in the end it went pretty smooth. Someone was waiting for us at the exit of the ferry (so it is advised to wear the sticker you got to be recognised). Then with a van we went to a tour office in Surat thani. Here we could buy food and drinks and couls also charge our phone. We waited until 7pm until the large bus arrived. It seemed more like a party bus (with karaoke on board, and some fancy green and pink lights). The large bus was overall comfortable, we even got some blankets for the trip. One stop around midnight, and we reached Bangkok pretty on time.
We were not provided any information regarding pick ups. We arrived at the ferry port and we’re unaware of what to do next. It took a long time and a lot of stress to realise that we had to then get on a cart to a bus to a minivan and then the vip bus. This was very confusing. The staff were lovely and drivers were great, but the communication from 12Go regarding the mechanics of the trip was poor.

Aller simple de Koh Phangan à Bangkok centre
Penser à prendre un pique nique, pas grand chose sur le bateau et pas le temps avec les différents transferts jusqu’à Suratthani
L’itinéraire n’était pas indiqué, ci-dessous celui qu’on a eu :
- 11h départ du ferry Raja
- 14h15 Arrivée au port de Donsak
- transfert dans un grand Tuk Tuk vers RAJA Terminal, où un autre bus (pas super) attend pour Suratthani, sanitaires du terminal très propres
- 14h30 : Départ de RAJA Terminal vers Suratthani, environ 1h de bus
- 15h45 : arrivée devant l’agence Phangan Tour, on attend jusqu’à 17h
- 17h : Mini bus pour la gare routière de Suratthani, environ 30 min
- 19h15 : départ du bus pour Bangkok, 1 arrêt avec repas gratuit
Seul le dernier bus est de la compagnie affiché sur 12goAsia, très confortable

Very bad! Got a ticket from Koh Phangan to Bangkok center, with a boat and a bus. So we got off the boat after 3h, they put us in some sort of tiny tourist train, then a mini van without telling us how long the ride is going to be. Then we get to a “travel agency” after an hour in the mini bus and there some people get off but not us. After an other 15 min drive (and a small accident on the road, our driver hit a parked cars mirror) we get dropped off at a cafe and the driver just told us “wait here” and left with the van. I tried calling the number on our tickets but they weren’t helpful at all… So after that checked Google maps to find out we were a block away from the bus station in Suratthani . Went there and we got the news that the bus to Bangkok was at 7pm (it was 2:45pm). The bus was fine, not too comfortable but ok. Managed to sleep an hour or two, we stopped at midnight to eat at a big food mall where we had a free main meal, we got chicken on rice.

Poorly organised bus services. Following arrival at pier, BBC did not clearly communicate with passengers. Passengers were advised that there would be a 10 minute wait, which increased to an hour without being told. Passengers went without food during the wait in case of missing bus however there was plenty of time. From the pier there was a mini van transfer to the bus depot, my husband and I were in the last row between luggage and had to climb over seats and sit with our knees up. Once we got to the depot, the bus was not as advertised. Old, no USB ports down stairs, WIFI was not available and no snack was provided. Again there was an hour wait at the depot which was advertised as 10 minutes. Poor communication, uncomfortable, chairs broken. Would avoid at all costs. The only reason I have scored a 2 is the ferry via SeaTran is prompt and comfortable.
