Very comfortable drive. The bus was on time. We had seats with massage function, they gave us a bottle of water. And there was AC, which got pretty cold during the end.
Would book this ride again
Oversold tickets so another passenger and I had to wait an hour for the next bus. Barely crammed onto the next bus and it was leaking rain onto me. We did get to our destination without an accident though.

Hue->Hoi An. Very hard to find the pick up point in Hue. In the booking mail was a screenshot of Google maps that showed a completely wrong place. The place is at the Mayla cafe, search to find the correct address. Also be aware that you will change minibus in Da Nang for some reason. Bus was not too late and arrived at time. Drop off is around 50.000 Dong in taxi away from Hoi an old town

BEWARE THE SNEAKY INSURANCE BUTTON. In general, the booking process was straightforward and there were many options for travel types and travel duration, and different price points.
However, the “insurance” option is largely hidden at the bottom of all the contact information and above the legalese. Since we booked using mobile, when we selected “no insurance” for some reason the button was then moved back on the confirmation screen to the most expensive insurance option, which we only realized we’d been billed for when we looked at our credit card statement. Both companies (12go.Asia and “Mister Prakan”-the insurance company listed) point fingers at each other as to whose responsibility it is to reverse charges. We are still waiting for a refund at the time of writing this review.

Der Bus war wieder überbucht. Dieses hatten wir schon öfters bei den Bewertungen gelesen. Wir haben immerhin die letzten zwei Plätze bekommen. Das WC war funktionstüchtig. Auch keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Im Stauraum war Feuchtigkeit und da sollte jeder etwas auf sein Gepäck achten.
The bus arrived 45 min late to the pick up point, and 1h late to the destination. We did not do any stops, the bus was dirty and the bus driver was smoking inside the bus. The bus broke down in the middle of the journey and it felt that we were not going to arrive to the destination. In overall, it was not a great experience.
