The bus reeked of cigarettes and body odour. There was leftover garbage from previous guests in the seats, and none of the massage chair functions worked. The only saving grace was that the driver got us to our return destination ahead of schedule. It’s too bad it was so unpleasant and uncomfortable.
Joar, booked a trip from Hue to Danang in the morning. The tour was due to start at 11am. On Whatapp I was told that there was a problem and the tour wouldn't start until 2pm ... Not so cool. But otherwise the trip was good.

I got put in the middle seat furthest up front between the driver and another person to my right. I didn't know this was even an option, and frankly i would have liked to receive a discount considering that this was considerably less comfortable than what I expected. Secondly, sitting here allowed me to observe the driver texting and driving every 20 minutes, which was very unsettling as we were driving through the mountains as the sun was setting.

Had been waiting inside the car alone for 25min (driver did not say a word).. then had to change the bus again without any word of explanation. Arrived 1,5 hrs later than expected (estimated time had been 2 hrs) bc there were different people always on and off the van constantly

Really good trip in a comfortable vehicle, dropped us off at our hotel in da nang. However the bus did leave 40 minutes earlier than scheduled, this was fine for us as didn’t affect our plans and they arranged it the day before but worth thinking about when booking.
Since two guys arrived late we left 10 min later but the driver was able to get at drop off almoust in time neverthless a quite strong storm catched us on the way

No recomendable en absoluto. Nos recogieron en nuestro hotel una hora antes de lo acordado para llevarnos a un local sin aire acondicionado, wifi ni agua fría a esperar allí ¿no podíamos esperar en nuestro hotel? Lo pasamos fatal. Habíamos reservado unos asientos específicos y no nos los querían dar porque había otras personas que supuestamente lo habían reservado antes ¿entonces porque pude reservarlos yo? Y llegamos una hora más tarde de lo acordado.
No me explico cómo tiene esa puntuación…
