Kristan PLoved the van. Great space for yall people. I was concerned about the driver being distracted by watching a show on his phone while driving. He drifted a few times. Although he said he hadn't, I took pictures. I do not think he should lose his job, and I hope he understands that distracted driving is the same as drunk driving.

Caitlan AThe pickup location was not clear on the booking but I was happy to hear them ask for our hotel for pickup. A plus!
The driver was 15 minutes late and made up for it by passing vehicles and driving fast on the wrong side of the road. He did that while being on two phones at the same time most of the drive.
We got to their office in Hanoi and awkwardly stood there for our transport to the airport. Once they finally asked us, a vehicle that already left came back and the two of us squished into an suv with two others for the rest of the way to the airport. In the end, we made it from point a to b.

Cassandre VThe driver couldn't speak a word in English. When I wanted to choose my place in the bus, the driver pointed at me and designated another place for me. Then he said something in vietnamiese and some customers laughed in the bus. I guess he said something rude.
My seat belt was broken.
I had to take an other bus to go to the airport.

Michael KLuxury leather interior, although not the same as in the pictures. No bottled water was provided, which other bus and limousine services do provide. They contacted my hotel directly to advise of their estimated arrival time. Journey time to Hanoi was an hour faster than advertised.
