Anonymous older bus, so that the seat covers looked - and some of them were - unclean. Friendly driver, professional appearance, concentrated dive, no use of mobile phone during the drive. On time start. Pleasant music in the background.

Anonymous Did not provide the service we paid for. We needed to pay for an extra bus. When the bus driver announced we were stopping for a break and then when we were in Split. This was a disappointing start to our day. The driver forgot to check if there were passengers getting off in Omiš and therefore never announced to us we were here. Luckily, I had used google maps already to plan the route from Omiš harbour to the accommodation so I recognised we were. We grabbed our belongings and sprinted down to the driver and explained we were getting off in Omiš. The driver and his assistant started reading their information and realised their error. I had double checked with the driver at the start that he was definitely stopping in Omiš and he said he was. They never once apologised, which would have been the decent thing to do. Instead, they dropped us off on the side of the road and told us to buy tickets for another bus. So in conclusion, we paid this company to bring us to Omiš and they couldn’t do it. I would recommend using another company.

Anonymous Vozač je vozi sam. Iz Makarske do Zagreba. U Omišu je došao 25 minuta kasnije, živćan i umoran…. Nije mi se svidjelo da vozac vozi sam, inače idu dva vozača. Od Makarske do Zagreba. Nasred ceste je stao nije obavijestio putnike zašto stajemo…. Vozac je bio umoran i živčan. Derao se na putnike, a i putnici su uzvraćali, tako da je stvarno bila neugodna situacija.

Anonymous Seat number not included. Good drivers. The ticket didn't contain a seat number, although seat reservation was paid (getbybus platform). Very unpleasant to change my seat 3 times.
