The journey was very good and the bus so comfy but the indication to find the bus terminal were poor and in the end it took us 1 hour to find the bus terminal we almost missed the bus and were in a big stress that was not nice at all. The indication at Yokohama station were bad (we had to follow the sign YMCA or something with a plane symbol on it but we did not know that by following the « bus terminal » sign we could only see the local buses) and the ticket provided very poor infos about the location of the bus terminal. It had GPS coordinates infos but the building is like 20-50 floors and there is many basement and several floors that looks like ground floor so the coordinates did not help at all.

We arrived in Kyoto more than 1 hour late, and we couldn't find the departure spot because of a lack of informations and it was away from the normal bus station so we had to ask the station staff
