On time, reliable but don’t expect comfort. Tidiness, punctuality. Comfort: the seats were abysmal, barely comfortable and impossible to sleep in for more than 10 minutes at a time before having to adjust your posture.

Very pleasant ride. The trip was very nice. Although is such a long trip- 6 hours - I would suggest to put some energy plugs so we could charge our phones and watch our own video - because the movie they show at the bus television is in Bulgarian language and no translation. The driver was very careful and it was very safe. General evaluation: very good!!!! Tv just in Bulgarian - no subtitles in English No energy plugs for mobile phone.

Nothing comes to my mind. The worst part of the ride was very loud music that we had to listen the while time, from 5am! Me and my friend wanted to sleep, but because of the driver it was impossible. The other problem was that this music was very bad. Another problem - it was very cold in the bus and it was impossible to turn off the air conditioning. Also, I can't understand that there was no toilet in the bus when the ride tool more than 7 hours. Very bad experience.
