Nobody likes surprises! Bus was modern and comfortable. Station was confusing. At the bus station I was informed that I needed to print a hard copy of my ticket, and that online ticket holders must pay a "station tax" of €0.50. They printed my ticket for me, but it wasn't clear whether that was complimentary or included in the "tax.".

Buses never arrive on time. Always 30-45 minutes late from schedule. Seats are not always available on the buses. Driver is rude and abrupt.

Return bus left early. We bought a return ticket from Tivat to Kotor on Thursday 25th Sept however we arrived at the Kotor bus station at 17:15 to be told our17:30 bus has already left. We had to pay for a taxi to return back to Tivat.

The bus was stuck for hours. The bus was over 1 hour late, it never showed up. I had to take a Blueline bus which became stuck for hours do to a broken down vehicle. I wasted 7 hours traveling from Tivat to Kotor.

It was for an hour and it took 45 minutes unlike what is said in the ticket. That it eventually arrived. The lengthy wait, lengthy travel, extra fee for luggage, driver talked on the phone so it was unsafe, driver was angry and stressed.
