Anonymous The Coach was better than we had expected. It was clean and very comfortable. Space, cleanliness, ease of access, driver was helpful. When trying to book a return trip we had some bother with booking a service by Flixbus as no tickets were provided after payment. Called traveling.com administration and the staff were very obliging to assist in an alternate trip. Flixbus arrived, but driver closed the door in our face and offered ZERO assistance. Call traveling.com back and they provided info of next service (Flixbus, but operated by Prijevoz Knezevic) same company as 1st trip) and they were very, very flexible. Offered payment on the bus - had plenty of vacancies on board. Highly recommend .thanks Althea-you provided immediate assistance and peace of mind.

Anonymous Split to Krka Park. Bus was clean, cool and tidy and was within 5-10 minutes of scheduled departure and arrival time. Air conditioning not the most powerful and plug sockets to charge phone not work.

Anonymous Nice clean buses but tickets states wrong bus stop. The buses are very clean and well kept, and ticket prices reasonable. The information I was given told me I would depart from stop 12 at Split bus station which does not exist. There are only 7. I had to rush around in the boiling heat and thought I was going to miss the bus due to this. There are big queues at the information stand, and when I got to the front of the queue, the lady slammed the closed sign on which I found very rude. Tell us you are closing before letting us stand there?

Anonymous Ok. I sent an email to customer service asking for a refund / partial refund/ exchange of tickets because our flight schedule has changed and they weren’t able to help us. So no, we couldn’t use the other 2 tickets which we paid for a lot of money, it was wasted money and you have a very bad customer service policy.

Anonymous The simplicity to do the reservation. The fact that you indicate bus terminal without a map, then when I put this on Google Map it showed me the Inter-City Bus Terminal, due to that we missed the bus as the Bus Terminal is on the port.. The bus driver of the next bus was very kindly and accept that we travelled with him.
