Driver on Phone While Smoking. The journey and crossing the borders was straightforward. Bus was on time. Rest stop was good location. Driver was constantly talking or texting on his phone, while smoking a cigarette. At times, the bus would swerve into oncoming traffic, so we had people honking at us from time to time. This did not feel safe.

This is known by the bus operator and should be fixed. 2. Absolutely zero attempt to inform English speaking passengers about what was going on, eg at pitt stops, border control.
