Zu Beginn der Reise ziemlich chaotisch und schlecht organisiert. Waren bereits eingestiegen, als ihnen auffiel dass der van zu wenig Plätze hat. Stiegen um und wurden zu einem anderen Van gefahren. In diesem van hat dann die klimaanlage dauerhaft auf mich getropft.
A ticket seller who could speak perfect english. What's not to like? Well, for those who enjoy the hoot of a train may be cured of this passion after an 8 ride during which the horn was blasted every minute or so due to endless dirt tracks crossing the line. Also for me the fact that you couldn't open any windows - I mean in the carriage well, in Vietnam, you could open the top half of the door. That was a jolting pleasure. This the train went so slow it was as smooth as eurostar. But the seats were very comfy, strong air conditioning, clean modern toilet, more than half empty train. Because the lights were on in the train you couldn't really see anything outside once it was dark. But, it was a train ride before the bullet trains.

Auch der Grenzübergang war durch die Mitarbeiter super leicht.
Nur das Mittagessen muss man selber bezahlen, anders wie beschrieben in der Buchung.
Bus leaving right on time, very friendly staff, everything well organised, comfortable enough bus. The highway from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh is brand new. Even in Europe you will not find better roads. Therefore a very smooth and fast ride. Arrived before ETA.
Great experience. Were driven in a 11seater people carrier style car. Could have fit up to 10 passengers, but there were only 4 of us so it was like having a private hire car. Great driver, friendly and drove safely. AC worked, comfortable seats, stopped at a service station along the way. Was great value for money. Would recommend if you’re doing a similar trip from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh.

Der Mini Van war bis zum Überlaufen vollgestopft mit Leuten und Gepäck, die Beinfreiheit war sehr knapp, die A/C konnte es leider nicht komplett runter kühlen, schwitzen war angesagt.
Unterwegs gab es einen Stopp für die Toilette.
Die angegebene Fahrtzeit mit 2,5 Stunden ist ein Witz, sind eher 3,5-4 Stunden.

Great customer service. We’re were given a bottle of water and a croissant upon boarding. The bus was comfortable albeit the seats are narrow for big Aussies.
