An hour and a half late. Bus bounced all the way there like a trampoline. Would NOT recommend rally tour. All that aside 12go Asia team was prompt in replying and as helpful as the could be given the circumstances... yall might want to consider screening who you partner with better though.

Siem Reap to Stung Treng. Bus left and arrived at scheduled times. Seats are great in the bus with with more than enough leg space. Snack, water, coffee and lunch provided. Bus could technically use some maintenance ( breaks were screaming/ windshield had a big) crack and the interior can get a little more cleaning attention. Not that is was dirty, but it could be better. Busdriver tends to use his mobilephone regularly for hands on calling and messaging. Did not lead to dangerous situations, but the attention is not where it should be. And it only has to go wrong once…. All in all a good trip for a very fair price.

Guide didn't inform correct border fees so I was left having to borrow money from a second driver, pay a 25% conversion, delayed exit from Cambodia lunch made us after 4pm at border (2 hours later than listed and am extra $2 for afternoon entry. One driver stopped for chicken feet food at a local market. Another was transporting a suspicious box that they took a photographer of and put in the vehicle with us. Driver who dropped us didn't speak English and didn't tell us that the boat was included or where to go. It was just confusing and transferred drivers and vehicles far too often.

The trip was ok, luckily the van was not full otherwise it could have been much more uncomfortable. They really should put the head rest on the seats for such long trips.

Free pickup from the nearby hotel. Young and very capable driver. We were not informed that we have a one hour break just 1 hour before arriving at the border. It appeared logical as he remainder of the trip requires a 4 wheel drive vehicle. About 30 minutes after all border formalities darkness started.
