Bus war sauber aber Personal war nicht zuvorkommend, bzw. der van Fahrer war sehr schwierig von Hanoi nach halong Bay da er uns umsetzte fast 3 mal obwohl es nichts an der Anzahl der Plätze änderte. War eher schwierig aber wenn man ruhig bleibt kommt man gut an. Eine Toiletten Pause pro Fahrt war dabei. Sonst alles gut gegangen.
Zeiten wurden nicht eingehalten. 2h zu früh an Zielort 1h zu spät abgefahren, Dropoff nicht am vereinbarten Ort, es musste nochmals ein Taxi bestellt werden, Liegebus war aber sehr bequem
1 Stunde verspätet abgefahren. Chaos beim Check in. Gepäck auf dem Bus Dach transportiert. Drei Leute Personal vorne. Ganze Nacht Musik, Telefonklingeln und laute Unterhaltungen. Schlafen unmöglich in den vorderen Reihen. Nie mehr wieder!!!

Es war nicht klar welcher Bus wohin fährt und es gab einen ungeplanten Zwischenstopp der so nicht beschrieben wurde. Plätze werden zugeteilt, kann man nicht frei wählen. Wir sind letztenendes angekommen.

The bus left according to the schedule, and was in Ha Long on time. There was one longer stop (20-30 min) half-way through for lunch. There was no toilet on the bus. Yet, the bus stopped a few times at a sort of bus stations to load and unload stuff, and is was possible to use toilet at those places. Drinking water is not provided on this bus. Drivers did not speak English, and were rather abrupt, but overall did their job well. The bus was not full, about 1/4-1/3 seats were free.

We were advised to go at the rear of the bus. Not at the front because the driver is smoking !!!
We couldn’t take our bag where there were biscuits or drinks .
And when the bus started we got aware there was no water in our place

Narrow seats
No English rightful communication of bus staff
Bus trip from Sapa To Hanoi with Sao Viet was excellent, however connecting leg wit Ha Long limousine's was disorganized, waited 1 hour at bus stop until picked up, and then spent another hour picking up other passengers around Hanoi before getting to Ha long Limousine's depot.
Then Ha long Limousine operator wanted me to sit at the back of the bus to give my seat to a local Vietnamese woman who didn't want to sit there.
Comfy bed and bus very new and spotlessly clean. However I didn't realise we would be dropped at the main port which is around 14km from town but thats my fault not the bus company.
