Everything went smoothly, we were sat on a van instead of the bus since the bus was full, but we weren't complaining, was very comfortable. Though since we took the van, I can't say anything about the comfort of the bus. Overall everything was good and service too.
It would have been good to know in advance when the bus would stop and how many times. The driver was really friendly but it would be good if they could speak a little more English or at least give you a brochure so you know what's going on and who will be staying at each stop.

They forgot to pick me up from my hostel, even asking the day before and the same morning.
After an hour and a half waiting they told me that they were at the airport and I needed to grab a taxi to catch them, that was 85 minutes away from my hostel. (at least they paid for that)

Driver was raiding so fast as a crazy one.
We had an accident with a scooter and because of that we spent almost 2 hours stoped on the road.
The pier was terrible! Dirty and disgusting!!

The bus was on time, and we only waited 20 minutes to board the Ferry. They do weigh your bags before you board the bus, so be prepared to pay 200 Bhat if your bag weighs more than 20kgs. Bus was very clean with black leather seats, pretty comfy. Ferry was great, crew was all helpful and friendly. Would recommend using them!

Everything mostly ran smoothly.
Instructions were pretty clear with the pick up time communicated the evening before.
Caught the first minibus at the airport and then switched to another. Both drivers seemed fine and ferry port staff were great. We arrived really early to the ferry so made use of the restaurant close by which was reasonably priced and nice food.
The only gripe I have is that somehow between loading my suitcase on to the first minibus to receiving it back from the second, was that the corner of it was substantially caved in. It's a very robust hard shell one and very new so could only really have happened by being dropped onto a kerb I imagine, perhaps when swapping vehicles.
