We left on time, arrived on time. The organisation is transparent and they answer your questions. Comfortable seats. Free snacks and water. We even had screens and we watched a movie during the travel. One of the best travel experience I had in Asia and Europe.

The best bus service I’ve experienced in Southeast Asia so far. It was very comfortable, the AC was great, and they even gave us free coffee/tea and a small breakfast. You can even watch movies on the screen in front of your chair. The transfer to the boat that takes you to Don Det was also efficient and the service in general was on time.

The bus was very comfortable and we got water, coffee and a snack. The advertised entertainment system is indeed there (however, it's very limited). The main downside was that the trip took one hour longer than advertised. We already expected this, as we thought it would be impossible to reach Don Det from Pakse in 1 hour 45 min and it indeed was. The bus trip was around 2 hour 15 and then there was an additional half an hour by shuttle and ferry.

Excellent. The office staff and the on-board team were very friendly and helpful. The coach was of a very high standard, equipped with USB charging points and free Wi-Fi, with a hostess on board. The transfer from the bus terminal to the pier of Nakasong by tuk-tuk was included. We were taken care of from start to finish.

Late picking us up. Drove us to another place to join a packed van.The van's air conditioning was leaking on us. When we finished the journey on van no one told us where to walk to get the connecting boat to Don Det. Though we had a ticket for the boat, no one told us we needed to exchange the ticket for another.

Green Paradise provided an excellent service- they picked us up from our hotel and we had no issues with the river crossing. However 12Go charged me for texts which it did not then send.
