It was okay. We did one transfer but both vehicles were on the old side of things. Not very comfortable but it was just fine. Driver was speedy in a good way!

It's a hit or miss with most of the operators of the buses/limousines in Vietnam but we have used this operator three times already and other than being late, we've had no other issues.
Clean, comfortable reclining leather seats, 14-seater arrived on time. Driver checked in with me on the collection point via WhatsApp, asking me to share a photo of where I was waiting to be collected. Journey was smooth with one stop for WC/food. The driver often used his mobile phone whilst driving...just like every other motorist in Vietnam!

They picked us up from our hotel and dropped us at our hotel in halong. I was not expecting this.
Everything went perfectly from start to finish. The driver was excellent: very professional, careful, and safe on the road. I finished my cruise earlier than expected, and he was kind and flexible enough to pick me up earlier as well. Thanks to him, I arrived at the airport with plenty of time before my flight.
The customer service was also very efficient. They provided all the necessary information regarding the trip, communicated clearly, and even took the time to ask for feedback afterward. Very appreciated. I highly recommend this service!
Was disappointed with WhatsApp message regarding pickup point and time. We had just sat down to enjoy our breakfast and I had received a message saying pickup in few minutes go to main road. We left our breakfast on the table as did not want to miss our bus. We walked to main road and waited here for 45 minutes until bus eventually turned up. We were very hungry at this time and upset. We were only 100m from our hotel. Frustrating to leave our breakfast at the table and having to wait longer then we were led to believe. It's a shame bad communication from driver otherwise would have been a pleasant trip.
We arrived 45-60 mins later than we should and therefore almost missed the excursion we had planned in HaLong. The driver spent a lot of time picking people up in lots of different locations and dropping people off + moving us to another vehicle with other confused passengers and everyone going to different locations
