My experience here was much better and smooth compared to the return trip. The Ohayami, Manila Terminal has a clean, free comfort room that is small but functional. Getting my ticket was fast and easy, though the schedule displayed on TV was showing 2024, outdated. Staff in ticket booth were approachable. Boarding was on time. We had 2-3 stopovers/comfort breaks which was convenient.

The bus was old and the seats are incredibly narrow. There is no room for a small bag at your feet. When you don’t have an aisle seat, you have to place it there. ( if you need something in the night you don’t want te wake up your neighbor) You can’t sit beside each other without touching. So when your neighbor is asleep, you can imagine what that is like. The driver was good and the bus was stopping twice, which was fine. Temperature was good. Not to cold
