We arrived at 5:15 at the station and we didn't take the bus until 9:20, the bus was delayed more than 3 hours in addition to asking the workers and they told us that in 10 minutes he would come, that there are potholes, that it is broken and again that in 10 minutes he would come, all the time they were excuses, we were waiting for the middle of the street, it was a horrible trip in addition to wanting compensation they only offer you a tea and I paid about €60 to go to comfortable and punctual, besides that I lost some reservations for not arriving on time.

They say the bus leaves at 6am. Add a few hours and you will not be disappointed. Excuses of broken buses. Setting the departure time for 9am would make this a much more reliable option..

Dear Company! Yesterday morning we showed up at the bus with a ticket purchased online from you. The driver DID NOT PICK US UP. He said our ticket was not valid.
