The vehicle was ok, the organisation good, but the street was terrible. No chance to sleep or even read properly, as the road had a lot of potholes and we were bouncing around the whole ride but thats not their fault and you'll probably have it with every provider.

They announced that the trip was 4 hours but we took 6 hours. We waited 1 hour at the bus station. When we arrived in Nong Khiaw they left us in a different place than advertised and if we wanted to go somewhere else we had to pay for a taxi.

We were a bit squeezes in the mini van. No s’est left - optimisation all the time. A bit late but this is life here in Laos. If you contact them by WhatsApp, they try to answer asap, this is priceless

The bus was not the same as the one advertised. They crammed 17 of us into a 15 seater van. A man had to sit beside me on a cushion for the 5 hour Journey. It was horrible. 45 minutes late picking us up in a tuk tuk. This was overcrowded too, two people had to stand hanging off the back of the tuk tuk.

The driver was really nice. Of course the road is terrible so it was difficult drive. We didn't leave Luang Prabang until 1 hour after pick up. Can I suggest you are more honest about the journey times. It is not 4 hours!! On that road it's at least 6. I would rather know the true time .
