Nawal NI put 3 stars because of the behavior of the driver. we feel that we are boring him when we talk to him. the arrival point was not respected and he dropped me off in the middle of nowhere at night and told me to just take a taxi. Hopefully, the hotline of Vietnam bus sent me a taxi (who was really nice and helpful)w.

Joseph PDriver dropped us an hours walk away from stated drop off point to a car park with a few shady taxis in it. When I asked why we wasn’t being dropped to the designated drop off I was told to get off and get a taxi. No toilet on the 9 hour bus and one stop for no more than 5 minutes. Avoid
