The toilet door was locked. I boarded at Kotor, earlier riders occupied 2 seats. The outside scenery. The bus was very late, the driver taking the luggage was very rude. The toilet was locked. There is no WiFi on the bus. Many people were occupying 2 seats while only paid for one seat.

The bus had 7 hours delay for a 7 hours drive. It’s unacceptable to be this late and not to give any informations to passengers. No excuses, no commercial gestures. Unbelievable to be this least professional.

I would arrive at 14.50, but I arrived at 16.30. Also when I got in the bus I rarely found a seat. Nothing. I don’t prefer Lalatovictravel.

Drivers were helpful and the journey was pleasant. The bus had an exchange at the Mostar stop, we forgot our phone at the first bus. Thanks to the helpful drivers, we were able to take our phone back from the first bus.

Comfortable bus, safe driver. 1€ charge for luggage handling payable in exact change only. The bus arrived 15 minutes late and with time at migration etc, we got to the destination around 1.5 hours later than planned. Okay for me, just prepare for delays.

Safe and efficient travel. Driver got us there exactly in time even with border crossing. He provided just enough info in English for me to know what was going on Was safe driver on passes and street driving. The nuisance of having to have local currency in exact change for baggage fees and bus tax - why not build that into the price of the ticket?

Terrible. The driver used his phone the whole way. Instead of warning the passengers who were drinking alcohol and singing on the bus and disturbing others, the driver laughed and had fun with them.
