Wir hatten das Glück ein VIP Ticket zu bekommen und so haben wir in einer Kabine zu viert und nicht in einem Schlafsaal zu 30. geschlafen - demnach war die Nacht relativ erholsam und man konnte entspannt und ist am nächsten Tag gut in Surathani angekommen. Dann war die Weiterfahrt etwas unverständlich, weil die Koordination etwas umständlich erschien. Am Ende hat aber alles funktioniert und wir kamen in Ao Nang an

The boat was okay, the beds were basically normal hostel beds, but from Suratthani to Krabi it was a bit shameful, especially for the price. First they took us by those trucks with benches in the back to the travel agency, we had to wait there for about 30 min, the personnel was not too kind and also didn't speak more than a few words in English. And the minivan was full, so they put me in the most uncomfortable seat, in the middle in the front, just because I am a short girl so I fit there. Also it did not have seatbelt and a headrest... They don't have the addresses which you gave to be dropped of at, so remember to remind the driver.

After a 15-minute drive, we unexpectedly had to stop to be transferred to another bus. We then had to wait for about 20 minutes. When the other bus finally arrived, it was already completely overcrowded with people and luggage, and we were expected to squeeze in as well, including our 5-year-old child, who was car sick. We informed the staff about thi. In the end, we decided to book a Grab ourselves. This was definitely not the service or experience we were expecting.

The whole tour was well organised and went very smoothly. There were two stops at petrol stations with toilets and restaurants during the minibus journey, so we could stretch our legs.
