Fähre und Minivansuche haben gut geklappt. Der erste Stop war bereits nach einer viertel Stunde, danach ist der Fahrer wie ein Verrückter durchgebrettert und hat auch nicht mehr angehalten. Am Ende haben wir auch unser Hotel erreicht, jedoch mit fast zwei Stunden Verspätung. Der Fahrer hat eine seltsame Route genommen, die für uns nicht nachvollziehbar war. Außerdem waren bei uns zwei Familien, die wegen der weiten Entfernung nicht am Hotel abgesetzt werden konnten. Wir mussten ewig warten, bis eine Lösung gefunden wurde. Das war keine gute Organisation - zumal man bereits beim Buchen das Zielhotel angeben musste.

Taxi and ferry where excellent. Right on time and fast transfer. The minivan from the pier to surathani was fine as well. At surathani, we had to wait for almost 1 hout and we needed to pay 280TB extra because we have luggage om wheels, which is a lot of money! We were aware that we might had to pay a little extra, but not this much. Moreover, it felt quite unfair since our bags were just as big as some of the backpacks. The second minivan took a detour, but stopper on the road for a toilet break, which was nice.
Everything was perfect organised, the ferry, touringcar to Siratthani, minivan to Khao Sok.
Not 5 stars because when tried to contact them by whstsapp (as they suggested in their email) to ask to pick me up from my hotel, they did not respond.
Everything went perfect. Communication, host and time of response :) Highly recommended!

Everything super good until it came to drop offs. They dropped off every single person except us. They wanted 50 BAHT off of each of us to take us up the road. We said we will walk as it’s 12 minutes. Started walking and they drove the girls in the van to where we were going anyway for free so we didn’t need to get out? We were drove past by your van 2 travel car twice in the pouring rain

Palin was proactive, clear and precise on here guidelines regarding boarding and de boarding instructions, Palin and here team of 2 drivers went over and above to bring my lost wallet with lot of cash, my credit cards and ID cards back to me while I continued my journey without any requirement to alter my journey. Was worried that it was going to be hard to find but the voucher had all the information! We had a 15 minute stop after the ferry to use the washroom and get a drink and snacks! Very well organized!
