The first pick-up bus never came to my hotel, so I wanted 1h30 in the lobby until I had no choice to pay an extra 600THB to book an other mini bus (directly with my hotel), so I can catch the second bus at Krabi!! A lot of unnecessary stress and money waste, so my advise is just book the bus from krabi to Bangkok and plan the first part of your trip with your hotel!
And I tried to complain to the platform, obviously I never got my money back and they just closed my case…
Throughout my trip, at each stage I found that your employees explained to me the best possible with patience, kindness and a smile.

Not a VIP buss at all, had way better buses on other trips in Thailand. The pickup was not in time, and it was a small van with non working AC completely full with other people, and was stuck for a couple of hours in that van, before next stop that only had water and chips as only option for food. And then another van again, complete full again, and then another stop and now it’s around 6 in the evening, nobody informs you about what’s going on. And here we had to stay for another hour and they only had two options of food which was laying in plastic boxes in the outside temperature.. and if you don’t want food poisoning you can’t eat that. And then finally a buss after more than half of the trip, also completely full, no possibility too charged your phone. One stop after that in the middle of the night, and then we arrived at 5:20 in Bangkok. All in all not a good experience, but we made it to Bangkok.
They get you to your destination, but the bus conditions are not the best. The bus wasn’t clean, it was uncomfortable and quite old. You also have to wait many hours between the van and the bus
Was very chaotic, did not get the VIP bus I booked and paid for, nobody gives you information about what is going on

I was really happy about my experience. I accidentally forgot my sweater in the bus and the operator made a really big effort to find it and on the same they they gave me back my sweater. The trip was good. Def would recommend!
2 vans transfer that wasn't explicitly told. No informations about when pause, how much time... And the worst : the bus place was very bad : a non-folding seat, impossible to sleep in a "night bus", no seat belt, shaky driving, no functional socket for charging the phone...
Oh and I almost forget : almost 2 hours late for the pickup, without having been warned !
Terrible organisation. No one answered the hotline. No instructions on where to wait or who to speak to. Could have easily gotten left behind

1hour and 45 minutes late and didn’t answer until 5 calls later. I also paid extra for a ticket with food included but I had to pay for that myself anyways.
