Janosch EOur bus didn't arrive. We arrived at 2 PM and they didn't know we had bought a ticket. When we inquired 10 minutes after the stated and confirmed time, they told us the bus wasn't coming but we could take another one 2.5 hours later.

Peter As a foreigner it’s all a little confusing but the reception at the bus station was very helpful. These buses are not comfortable for someone 6 foot plus, that said it was good value for money.

Randy VDriver was 2 hours late for pickup, the only seats for my wife and I were at the very back of van , with no legroom, everyone on board slept so they all pulled down their windows shades which made it impossible to see anything outside, the driver was terrible honking and changing lanes for 4 hours, never will book with that company again

The road from Nha Trang to Quy Nhon is pretty poor so be prepared for a very bumpy ride !!

Annie TThe driver was 1.5 hour late in picking us up. Company offered us nothing for the delay. Then the driver was so erratic I honestly thought we were going to crash. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Jade BHi my last review was 5 stars. This one not good! I have to say, this journey was not good! The minibus was shocking, clearly the suspension was in a terrible state of repair and our backs are suffering for it. We were sat at the rear of the minibus and I have recorded how hard the journey was and how loud the rear suspension and mechanics were, bushes need replacing as well as shock absorbers I suspect. This needs to be addressed I think the minibus is not mechanically sound. I hope this translates well. This isn't about compensating me it's about ensuring safety in the future. I have reported this via email but I don't think it is being taken seriously. I have provided supporting video evidence. Thank you. Jade and Julie

Hristian SDriver arrived early and for some reason didn't want to take me on the bus. First I thought it was joke because he was laughing and just saying "you no", "you wait" but took the rest of the people, even the others though he was joking. But he wasn't, didn't even look at my ticket, closed the van and was about to leave even though I asked him what is happening, he just kept laughing and saying nothing. Absolutely disgusting. He got to his seat and was about to close his door when I finally raised my voice and went straight to him at the door, then he realized that I am getting really serious and not happy at all. Again without saying anything or checking my ticket and not laughing anymore he went out and put my luggage in and picked me up. After he started driving he finally asked what is my name, took my phone to see the ticket and started calling his company while driving. After a few minutes he gave me my phone back, said "sorry, sorry" and that was all. Absolutely disgusting, driver should be fired immediately!
