Marlon Our flight got delayed two times so we're arrived a bit late but south West tours was waiting for us! Thumbs up. Shuttle service to the jetty was good and quick, a little hard ride as normal in Philippines.
One thing wasn't clear, the staff try to charge us an extra "government fee" which I declined cause on the ticket was written all fees included.
At the end they accepted it and we paid 550 Pesos per ride till the port in boracay

Lovrana COur flight was 4 hours delayed and we were worried there will be no transfer for us but everything worked out really well. The Southwest stand was easy to find outside in front of the Arrivals and the ride was safe and quick.
