12Go was amazing - I can’t speak highly enough of this life-saving company!
The train in India however was pretty low quality. As I’m praying a fairly high rate by Indian standards, I would expect higher quality.

This was our first bus trip in India so we were a bit anxious but the bus was perfectly on time, reponded to our messages beforehand to confirm the exact pickup location and was generally very clean and comfortable. We would definitely travel with this agency again

Good transfer, would be good to have the option of a seat belt but we didn’t request this for the trip.
There was some confusion between us and driver re payment as he expected cash and we paid online. But all very civil and customer support sorted with thanks.

Overall the driver was okay but there were times when it felt that he was taking a risk overtaking and driving right behind the car infront. It was our second journey booked through this company and a different experience to the first one.
Obviously, the driving is very different in India but it still felt a little risky at times.

Train slightly 15 min late. Hard to find carriage as two trains were put together. Two train nos as well for one train. Ask at platform if unsure. The carriage no's will be highlighted on a small black neon sign on platform and on the carriage itself. Train was comfortable, attendants were friendly, air con was cold, food available if needed. Indian standard cleanliness. Everyone very friendly and ready to help if needed...

It's really really hard to find the boarding place. It's not a bus station, it's literally next to the specified column of a metro station. Gps coordinated were the best clue. They also didn't sell sleeper spaces. Apparently it's because they put 3-4 persons to seat on a sleeper space. I guess they make more money that way. The bus stops often. 330 km took 8 hours to drive. Good experience how it can be done, but not worth repeating

The train was quiet and the blankets and sheets provided were good quality.
The journey wasn’t smooth so it wasn’t easy to sleep. There was some rubbish left on some of the bunks.
Some of the train staff were drunk which made some girls on our carriage uncomfortable. They tried to move to a different section of the carriage but the train attendant wouldn’t let them as that was not the seats in their ticket. The attendant should have been understanding and should have reprimanded and removed their drunk staff.
It was also delayed by over an hour.
