Booking the transportation was very easy but instructions were very vague. It said check in was at 8pm and our bus departs at 9pm but it didn’t contain any other details needed. The bus conductor was very nice and helpful. The bus overall seemed very clean. Don’t sit by the bathroom because it doesn’t smell the best and there’s no foot rest like the rest of the seats. We were told that we would arrive in Cubao at 5am but did not arrive until a little after 6am. Please be aware that there are many stops along the way to pick up more people and some unplanned stops for the driver. The driver takes many stops to pee and have a smoke on the side of the road which causes a lot of delays. We got to our destination safely but it definitely wasn’t the best experience overall.

I have booked my ticket online. The experience I had was I already booked it online and wanted to show it to the guy in the cashier and there was a man who is sitting in front of passenger chairs near the kiosk. He told me that I need to photocopy my booking when they can see it already on my phone. There was even a barcode that they can scan if they want to. I think make it easy for the passengers. What more for those old woman that doesn’t used phone and also it will be a hassle to find a xerox machine shop when in fact your time to get in the bus was due.
