Der Bus hat drei Reihen mit Kabinen. Grundsätzlich bequem aber in der mittelsten Reihe hat man nicht die Möglichkeit sich links oder rechts anzulehnen falls man das zum schlafen braucht. Es fehlt auch Platz um einen kleinen Rucksack abzulegen.
The scheduled departure was at 16:45, we gathered in front of the company office, they took us to the bus station with a taxi, but then we had to wait there on the bus (with engine turned on) for 1h30 hours. The bus was very cold because of the air-conditioning and in the last seats near to the toilet there was a bad smell of urine
Travelled from Hue to Phong Nha in sleeper bus. Arrived at the stop half an hour earlier as recommended, but bus came half an hour late so ended up waiting for one hour. Bus was smelly and the driver was smoking inside. Otherwise very comfortable ride.

Staff were rude and pushy. The bus came 45 minutes late. Half of the chairs were broken and couldn’t sit up straight.
