Wir hatten die Verbindung von Cat Ba aus gebucht mit der Ankunftszeit 15:30 in Ha Giang, was leider überhaupt nicht der Realität entsprach (wir waren letztendlich 22 Uhr angekommen und es gab keine Verzögerungen auf der Strecke). Es handelt sich bei der angegebenen Buchung um eine falsche Angabe der Reisezeiten, was uns etwas ratlos lässt. Wir haben die Verbindung extra aufgrund der Schnelligkeit gebucht und sind deshalb enttäuscht. Bitte gebt die korrekten Zeiten an!

The service was really great! I couldn't make it on time to the hostel pickup time but the company arranged for me that the bus waited for me in town. So I made it to the bus even when I was late. Thank you so much!!

The bus pickup was one hour earlier than we booked, which was annoying.
The bus took very long to pick up everyone in Haiphong ok the way and so we had not gone far after 4 hours, why were there not fewer more central pickups?
We arrived three hours later than expected due to the above-mentioned reasons.

Clean bus, comfortable sleeper, and on schedule.
However, the meeting point wasn't the one indicated when we booked (a taxi had to come and pick us up, if we hadn't had a signal, we'd missed the bus).
The drivers are constantly honking their horns and are far too aggressive for a sleeper bus.
No communication (we stopped at a rest stop; we had to ask the drivers how long the break was).
Finally, the drivers shouted at us and spoke very aggressively.
One last detail on the reservation: it said "sleeper 41." We thought it was a double sleeper; it was actually single beds.

Better than a normal bus but I’m over 6ft tall so couldn’t have my legs straight on the beds that were available. Okay for a daytime bus but wouldn’t recommend for an overnight if you’re slightly tall.
the staff was so rude, the organization was bad and we were more than 2 hours late

We were supposed to get a lunch and dinner break but we ended up only having dinner at 9 pm. We had to transfer in Hanoi and this had to be done running and there was no time to eat or go to the toilet. The drive was alright and the chairs were good as well. Not all outlets worked.

Its a really nice bus. I had to change bus and they were verry nice and helpful. From the bus to the office, where we waited for the next bus and follow us on the new one.
The seats where great to lean back and sleep. They had nice blankets as well.

Our ticket said we would arrive in Ha Giang for 10:30pm and we did not arrive until 4:30am as we had to unexpectadly wait in Hanoi for 4 hours. The seats were okay and the driver made stops along the way for toliet breaks. When we stopped for food approximately 30 extra people got on the bus even though there was not enough seats so people were sitting in the walk ways.
