The coach was older than the last time l rode.
The cafe was not functional, they only hv 3 in 1 nescafe & no cold drink. Only nasi dagang & nasi tomato. No sandwich, no buns, no maggi. Waste to hv to staff only serving those items. I hope KTM improve on this aspect. Train ride in Thailand & Indonesia is much more fulfilling.
Should hv separate surau for male & female.
Not much choice of food options and I don’t really see a difference from the platinum seats and the gold one it looks all the same and I paid two times more than the average price
