Dirty bus, rude driver, luggage for extra fee. Second driver who entered at the end of our way in Podgorica speaks English and was much nicer with people. Dirty seats and tables, entire bus is very ugly inside and uncomfortable, driver was rude and didn't speak English at all. Overbooking for seats, they didn't take few persons on a way, because bus was full, even though they had a ticket. From Podgorica one person had to stand all the way to Budva.

The leg space is atrocious, so is the size of the overhead bag compartment. Not too much bullshit from the driver. Delay in arrival and driver insisting travellers put bigger bags into overhead compartment too small for even a proper lady handbag.

Very cramped seats. Fairly punctual and got us there safely. Paying to put a bag in the luggage hold. Very cramped seats. Some couples had to sit apart because of singles and other couples spread out. The driver should have rearranged the seating better or it should be preassigned seats. Driver very abrupt and almost rude at times.

Thank you a lot for simple, professional service. There were no problems along the way. The driver was early. The bus station itself wasn’t clear at all. I nearly missed my bus by not knowing where to go.

Comfortable ride. The bus was spacious and well maintained, overall a very comfortable ride. The driver didn’t pull into a bay in Durrës. There was some congestion and he ended up pulling into the parking lot and back out. Myself and husband, as well as another traveller were waiting for him to pull into a loading zone, but he didn’t. Luckily a bus station attendant stepped into the road and flagged him down for us to get on the bus. He was very rough with the luggage.
