Der Fahrer war hervorragend und sehr freundlich. Trotz Flugverspätung, langer Wartezeit bei der Einreise und Staus in Bangkok haben wir die letzte Fähre nach Koh Chang noch geschafft.
Ausgezeichnet, super netter Fahrer der sehr aufrichtig war und auf unsere Wünsche auch während der Fahrt einging. Nur zu Empfehlen!!
Wir kamen perfekt bei der Fähre an und mussten keine 10 Minuten warten, wurden dann bis zum Hotel gebracht.

The driver arrived with 45min of delay ! This is not acceptable with this service ! When we arrived at the airport, we sended a message and the operateur told us to wait for 10 minute, and we waited 45min without any information ! I called them, I sended message and they didn’t response but they saw my message on whatsapp ! It’s not professional for the price we paid.

We booked the 12th of November a taxi for 20 November from Don Muang airport to Ko Chang incl ferry and transfer to the hotel.
On the evening of 19 November we received an email from you, that the driver can’t go to the island because we missed the last ferry.
So we must book an extra night by the pier and go to Koh Chang the next day.
It was better that you inform us directly after our reservation, then we could make an other choise. On the 12th after reservation we could cancel one night at Ko Chang for free, now one day before it wasn’t possible anymore. We made a lot of extra expenses.
Now we missed a hotel night we booked in advance at Koh Chang ($70)
Extra night at the pier ($36)
Ferry tickets (160 THB extra because was including our booking)
Taxi Koh Chang (200 THB also in our booking).
The driver was very friendly, no complains.
