Phil AThe ticket and service you provided was fast. Fastcat was fully booked but thanks to your service, I was able to squeeze in a ticket. It may be expensive (P400 orig price to your P700), but it was well worth it.
Unrelated to you guys, but the Port of Dapitan and Fastcat experience was horrible. We left 2 hours beyond schedule and travel time took 6 hours instead of 4.

Josie LThe delay during our trip was caused by seating arrangement issues, as some passengers—including myself—found that their assigned seats had already been taken. Several passengers raised the same concern at the time.
Because of this situation, I was unable to use the seats I had booked. Though i had booked 2 accommodations: Premium Economy and Business Class. I have therefore requested a refund for the unuse seat and will await your confirmation and further updates regarding the refund process.
By the way, the seat is too big for us and not comfortable
