Wir waren absolut positiv überrascht von der Erfahrung. Der Bus war sehr bequem und die Fahrt war alles in allem echt angenehm. Einzig zu beachten ist, dass es kein Klo im Bus gibt. Die Organisation bis zur Abholstelle war eigentlich super, ich hatte via Whats App Kontakt mit den Organisatoren. Der eine Stern Abzug ist, weil wir dann mit einem Shuttle irgendwo hingebracht wurden wo keiner wusste wo wir hinwollen weil es anscheinend dir falsche Company war. Im Endeffekt kommt man dann aber immer irgendwie an. Für uns aufjedenfall ein lustiges Abenteuer. Würden wir wieder machen.
Wi-Fi - The WiFi was very temperamental and kept disconnecting.
Driver - Very fast, which I don’t mind but his braking is very late and took turns too late.
Comfort - The bed due to the plastic can be sticky. A small pillow would be great.
TV - Did not work.

The operator was very friendly and directly approachable via WhatsApp. On the day of travel, I was upgraded to the 2 birth VIP cabin for free!
The service was amazing, the toilets were clean and great snacks and breakfast was provided! I would highly recommend this service!
Our 18 hour bus from Danang to Hanoi was booked for 13.30 and showed up close to 14.30. The bus itself had three rows of beds, top and bottom. The beds were comfortable enough and you got a blanket and pillow, how clean they were I can't say but when you're tired enough anything will do. I am 5' 9'' and I could just about straighten my legs fully so anyone taller this is something to consider.
The driver loved the horn and drove very fast, swerving things last minute a lot. He drove so fast that we actually arrived 2 hours early 😅.
Overall I had an expectation for what this bus would be like because I had been on one five years ago. I can safely say it hasn't changed much. However for a cheap way to cover all that ground it's fine once you don't have strict timings you need to stick to and you can sleep through a lot of noise from beeping. Would recommend a sleeping mask too as every town you go through is very lit up at night.

We had the cabin for 2. Really spacious with very clean bedding. A supper was included in the fare. Clean toilets, really handy hot and cold water dispenser in the carriage.
Worst bus trip ever. Staff on board knew next to no English and treat you like absolute trash. Yelling and screaming was there way to communicate. This is a service designed for locals only and travellers should be cautious booking through them. Spend the extra 10 or so dollars and not get treated like a second class citizen
This was my first experience on a highly recommended sleeper train, and I was genuinely excited for the journey. Based on the reviews, reputation, and premium price, I expected a comfortable and memorable experience.
Unfortunately, the reality was the complete opposite.
During the journey, a woman in our cabin was openly smoking what appeared to be marijuana. The smell filled the compartment and was impossible to escape. I became physically sick from the odor and was unable to sleep for much of the trip. She was also heavily intoxicated, making the experience even more uncomfortable for everyone sharing the cabin.
What was most concerning was that this was not a discreet incident. The smell was obvious, other passengers could smell it, and staff either failed to notice or failed to take appropriate action. At no point should paying passengers be subjected to drug use inside a shared sleeper cabin.
When I later raised the issue, I was asked whether I informed staff. There was little need to do so when the smell was so strong that anyone walking through the carriage could have detected it. Staff were present throughout the journey, and this situation should never have been allowed to continue.
I genuinely wanted to represent this company positively and even hoped to explore future collaboration opportunities. Instead, I was left disappointed by what felt like a complete lack of supervision and customer care.
Rather than enjoying what was supposed to be a premium sleeper train experience, I spent the journey simply trying to make the best of a bad situation because the train was fully booked and there was nowhere else to go.
For the prices being charged, passengers should expect safety, comfort, cleanliness, and attentive staff. In my experience, those standards were not met.
As a first-time sleeper train passenger, this was not the experience I was promised, and certainly not the experience I paid for.
