For one, i noticed you guys like to upcharge quite a bit, i understand you gotta make moeny but i paid 450k dong on your app with no extra services added and saw the price at the bus station was 350k dong. That's about a 25% upcharge For another, bus drivers in Vietnam generally drop you off at a specific address, yet 12Go only let me pick from a list of addresses, why can't you input a custom address? So i ended up getting dropped off way far away from my hotel because i didn't know how to read the Vietnamese addresses, and they wouldn't let me argue with them and tell them lol, i ended up paying another 50k dong for the trip home. So a total of 500k dong for a trip that should've cost 350k(actually 330k because i had originally booked the cheaper one but you guys told me i needed to switch busses)

We were reassigned to another bus because the original one got cancelled, but the new bus had not the same quality level and two of our seats had an strong incline that made it difficult to sleep on. When I asked if I can switch to a empty top one that was straight, I was told the bus is completely booked out. That was just not true and I switched to a top one anyways. Also no response to my complains on WhatsApp.
